About the Role

This is a senior product leadership role at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company in the sales technology and revenue intelligence space. Reporting into the founders, you will own the full product vision, strategy, and roadmap as the company makes its journey from $10M toward $80M+ ARR. This is a high-ownership, high-impact seat at the executive table.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO and President through a structured product council.
• Design and build the product organization across Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Support.
• Lead voice-of-customer efforts, including personally conducting customer interviews and embedding VoC practices across the PM team.
• Drive time-to-first-value improvements as a core, measurable product-delivery metric every release cycle.
• Ship the roadmap on time, to spec, and within budget, treating operational delivery as a first-class product-leadership responsibility.
• Own category narrative and positioning for the company's core intent data product line, not just the feature set.
• Drive product's contribution to net revenue retention, multi-product attach, packaging, and the move upmarket.
• Deliver positioning, messaging, launch assets, and sales enablement collateral through product marketing.

What We're Looking For

• 8 to 10 or more years of product leadership experience, ideally at the CPO, VP, or Head of Product level.
• Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS product from approximately $10M to $100M ARR in a hypergrowth environment.
• Deep domain expertise in sales technology, revenue intelligence, revenue operations, or sales engagement.
• Fluency with the modern sales-tech ecosystem: CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, data vendors, dialer tools, and their integrations.
• Demonstrated experience building or shipping products with AI and ML capabilities.
• Experience hiring product managers and designing product org structure from the ground up.
• Strong voice-of-customer instincts, with hands-on experience running customer discovery and interviews.
• Familiarity with pricing, packaging, product-led growth, or platform and ecosystem strategy is a strong plus.
• Based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $260,000 to $320,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

This role is fully remote within the United States. The company's primary hub is in Knoxville, Tennessee.
