About the Position

# Job Opportunity – ICU Stepdown Travel RN – Texas**Start Date:** August 10, 2026 **Location:** North Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed per week, rotating weekends, call required

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a progressive Telemetry Stepdown unit
• 6th floor specialty unit focusing on ICU stepdown patient population
• Meditech documentation system utilized
• Floating as needed based on hospital requirements
• Royal blue scrubs required for RN staff
• Active Texas RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted)

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license (compact licenses eligible; temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience
• Minimum 2 years of ICU Stepdown, Telemetry, or Progressive Care Unit experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Meditech EMR experience strongly preferred
• Telemetry, PCU, or Stepdown experience highly preferred
