Your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go: You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do You've got a positive attitude and outlook Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with the help of a great team Experience working in a high‑volume restaurant/bar is ideal What you'll be doing: Greeting every guest with a welcoming and honest smile Work with the FlyteCo team to establish the guests individual needs and do everything possible to ensure their satisfaction Answer guests questions over the phone and direct them to the appropriate team member Seating and directing guests to the area of the restaurant that meets their expectations Maintaining our reservation and waitlist system and work with management to create solutions for a great guest experience Work with the FlyteCo team on our to-go food and beverage programs to ensure amazing guest satisfaction. Help with maintenance and cleanliness of the host area and other areas of the restaurant Maintain daily and weekly side work projects with the FlyteaCo team Help to be a brand ambassador of FlyteCo Brewing by assisting in the sale of FlyteCo merchandise. Work with the FlyteCo events team in the implementation of parties and large events.
