1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Hazmat endorsement
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
+$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Vacancy description

Benefit Trucking is hiring OTR Dry Van drivers with HazMat endorsement in Alexandria, LA, where safety and driver care are essential.

Receive $0.65–$0.77 per mile, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, plus added hazmat pay and safety/productivity rewards.

Benefit from biweekly home time, complete health, dental & vision plans, 401(k) matching, paid time off, clean inspection bonuses and referral bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
Keep precise logs, inspections and delivery documentation
Ensure safe, on-time deliveries
