Marketing Associate

What's Your Purpose?The Marketing Associate supports making execution, administrative coordination, and performance reporting for an assigned group of properties. This role combines hands-on digital marketing responsibilities with data gathering, organization, and administration support, while providing the opportunity for growth in taking ownership of a small, assigned area and share insights and recommendations with the supporting leadership teams.CWS Values: You will embrace our core values and set an example to the team by demonstrating these values on a daily basis.Make safety a top priority Ensure that the health, well-being, and safety of our team members, residents, contractors, and yourself is foremost in mind in conducting any and all business activities.What Your Day Consists OfProvide day-to-day marketing, administrative, and portfolio support across the digital marketing function of the CWS portfolioAssists with digital marketing updates to the property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other marketing channels to ensure strong market positioningSupport reporting, data organization, and performance tracking, identifying trends and opportunitiesServe as a dedicated marketing resource for an assigned territory and select properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancyCoordinate with property teams, vendors, and internal team to execute initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure priorities and deliverables are completedWhat You Bring To Us1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, multifamily, real estate, or a related fieldStrong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and competing prioritiesWorking knowledge of ILS platforms, property websites/CMS, digital marketing, social media, PPC, and other marketing channelsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools, and project management platforms, with the ability to organize and interpret dataProactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendationsAt CWS, our employees are like family.
