Johnson Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to join our close-knit, privately owned small animal practice in Hikes Point!
We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate has veterinary reception experience, enjoys working with people and pets, and has a positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling appointments & answering phones
- Client and patient check-in/check-out
- Prescription requests and over-the-counter sales
- Maintaining medical records
- Processing payments
- Providing excellent client service
- Supporting doctors and the rest of the team
