Warehouse Loader – Capitol Heights What You’ll Do: You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. In This Role, You’ll: Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation Read labels and or printing on product containers and associated documents Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments Observes Clean-As-You-Go standards and uses brooms, mops and other cleaning materials ( including solvents and soaps) to clean work area. Completes any other functions that may be assigned. What You’ll Bring: Electric Pallet Jack certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeated lift up to 25 pounds Handle and organize inbound and outbound empty and full dairy crates. Posses reading and basic math skills Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying 25 pound objects. The Schedule & Setting: Primarily a 5-day work week, 5am-1:30pm Weekends and holidays availability required Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F) Pay & Benefits: Pay Range (Base Pay): $26.25/hr/ Weekly pay (every Friday) Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
