SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Key Information Position: Shift Supervisor (Full Time) Location: St Mary's Medical Center, 901 45th Street, Mangonia Park, FL 33407 Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary. Details provided during interview. Pay: $19.00 per hour Requirements: Previous food service and supervisory experience preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Serve as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
