Animal Technician

At Happy Egg this full-time role offers the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities across farm operations, from equipment maintenance to environmental testing, while playing a key role in ensuring the farm runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Primary Focus Areas : Facility & Grounds Maintenance Machinery & Equipment Operation & Maintenance Artificial Insemination & Selection Assistance Bird Condition Monitoring Environmental & Health Testing Regular Recordkeeping of farm operations. Adherence to all biosecurity and animal welfare policies . Assist the Farm Manager with troubleshooting and continuous operational improvements. Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed to meet full-time demands. Job Conditions Greater exposure to prolonged standing, lifting (up to 60 lbs), and environmental factors .
