·Job Summary
Inventory Management
Order on par for breakfast items, paper products, laundry chemicals, and in-room amenity supplies. Over time, overseeing linen inventories.
On-call status shared with General Manager.
Scheduling all staff successfully; attention to maximizing staff satisfaction and organization while minimizing errors.
Group Sales
Communication with group coordinators to negotiate pricing, discuss additional booking incentives offered by Country Inn River Falls, and execute group set-up within PMS.
Inspect rooms and insure cleanliness and maintenance goals are met.
· Maintain, evaluate, and motivate staff with General Manager
Expectations
· A minimum of two scheduled shifts covering the desk, May – October
· A minimum of four scheduled shifts covering the desk, November – April
· Management of daily hotel operations
· Management of hotel personnel
o On call status
o Shift coverage
o Training new hires
o New hire paperwork
o Hiring and terminating of personnel

Benefits
· Annual salary
· 80 hours paid time off annually. PTO does not accrue year to year.
· Cell phone coverage
· Monthly gas and mileage reimbursement
· Opportunity for bonus packages
· Option for monthly healthcare premium reimbursement if applicable to individual. Contingent upon benefit package and Wissota Hospitality Inc. discretion.
