Current license to practice nursing in the State of Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Nights – 7:00 p to 7:30 a Job Responsibilities Nursing Assessment Nursing Documentation Treatment Planning—Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan. Ensures individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
