As part of our organization, the Southeast Texas Gastroenterology team in Beaumont is backed by a leading network focused on patient care and excellence in gastroenterology, which is physician-led. This collaboration allows us to provide exceptional, personalized care by utilizing comprehensive business and organizational support, enabling our physicians to concentrate on delivering outstanding medical services in a thriving private practice environment.

• We are seeking to welcome a sixth partner to our highly successful group.

• Starting salary of $600,000, with partnership opportunities available in the third year, offering earning potential of up to $1 million.

• Partners will receive equity valued at $375,000, which will vest over three years (with a portion retained for tax purposes).

• Engagement in routine cases with high volume.

• Nurse Practitioners will handle clinic calls, while physicians will manage procedures and hospital calls.

• Attractive compensation for on-call duties.

• Providers will perform ERCPs, with training available for those lacking experience.

• An Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is located adjacent to the Beaumont clinic.

• A strong referral base with 3,000 untapped referrals.

• Well-respected in the community with high professional ratings.
