Compensation: $90,000-$115,000/year

Schedule: Full-Time (In-Office)


TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in Springfield, OH for our client, providing patient-centered rehabilitation and physical therapy services within a private outpatient practice. This role will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and patient care skills, with new graduates encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities as the Physical Therapist (PT):

• Patient Evaluation: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess mobility, strength, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and functional needs.
• Therapy Delivery: Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and rehabilitation services to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and support achievement of rehabilitation goals.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and other required clinical documentation.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support continued recovery.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist (PT):

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent physical therapy degree from an accredited program is required.
• Licensure: Active Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Ohio licensure is required.
• Experience: 1+ year of physical therapy, rehabilitation, or related clinical experience is preferred, with new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation, rehabilitation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical practices is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records, clinical documentation, and standard physical therapy equipment and technology is preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, patient care, communication, organization, collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required.
