IV Certified LPN - Part Time (with potential for Full Time)

We are seeking an IV Certified LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for assessment and administration of infusion therapy treatments for our on-site patients. Part time available with potential for Full time employment. Responsibilities: * Safely and accurately prepare IV therapies per office documented protocols. * Insert, monitor and remove IV catheter per established protocol * Perform venipuncture, properly complete required paperwork, and prepare blood samples for laboratory pickup * Access ports and PICC lines as needed per established protocol. * Maintain a positive, engaging attitude with clients and staff * Work in and maintain a clean environment * Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior * Communicate with collaborating physicians, specialist and fellow staff regarding patient care * Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention * Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities * Maintain accurate patient medical records * Ability to handle multiple clients at once and to work well under pressure * Provide information and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: * Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields * General familiarity with medical software and equipment * Previous LPN IV experience * Current IV certification * Ability to build rapport with patients * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * CPR Certification Company Description Transform Your Health is an integrative medical practice dedicated to helping patients reclaim wellness, vitality, and longevity through personalized, root-cause care.
