Office Aide IIThe Office Aide II reports to the principal and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance in order to ensure effective and efficient campus administrative operations. Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills: Proficient word processing, file maintenance skills, and 10-key skills Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing Knowledge of basic accounting principles Ability to meet established deadlines The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of an Office Aide II. Experience: One to three years office experience, preferably in public education environment. Starting Salary Range: $27,898 - $33,783 Work Calendar: 217 Days Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
