Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Responsibilities Maintains practice standards and coordinates patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure quality care. Qualifications Graduate from a recognized nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred); with no experience required for new graduates. Hospital Experience Is Preferred, Especially For PRN Roles.
