Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst ProSidian Consulting is seeking a Procurement Analyst located in Dallas, TX to support an engagement for a United States Federal Financial Agency Government Corporation that provides deposit insurance to depositors in U.S. commercial banks and savings institutions. The Analyst will work under the ProSidian Engagement Team to provide professional support services to the Agency’s acquisition personnel in a variety of acquisition‑related functions, including the pre‑award, post‑award, and closeout phases of the acquisition cycle. Key duties include market research; development of milestone schedules; analysis of cost or price proposals; preparation and processing of technical evaluation documents; administrative assistance; and coordination of contract close‑outs. The role also involves researching and analyzing contracting matters, developing procurement policies, procedures, and controls, and implementing and managing quality control systems for uniform, equipment, and laundry services at the federal training academy, focusing on public protection. Develops and prepares recurring, ad hoc, and customized reports. Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information. Converts and translates technical information into clear, understandable documents. Other duties and tasks as needed. Qualifications • Consecutive employment in a comparable role within the past five (5) years. • Ability to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as accounting, finance, contracts, purchasing, economics, or industrial management. Six (6) years of experience in commercial or government contracting specializing in analyzing and drafting rules and policies, and performing data analysis and reporting – OR ten (10) years of combined education and experience.
