Content Creation Draft social media captions, short-form content, and campaign copy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Assist in developing FlipFair’s brand voice and content calendar Create Canva graphics, reels scripts, and email newsletters that resonate with our community Repurpose founder content into digestible posts, stories, and shareable assets Support storytelling efforts that highlight FlipFair’s community impact and mission Ambassador Onboarding & Community Help recruit, vet, and onboard brand ambassadors who align with our values Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassador communications and relationship management Maintain an up-to-date ambassador tracker and engagement database Coordinate ambassador deliverables, check-ins, and content submissions Build onboarding materials including welcome packets, guides, and FAQs Event Coordination Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events from concept to close Coordinate vendor outreach, logistics, and day‑of support Manage RSVPs, attendee lists, and post‑event follow‑up communications Create run‑of‑show documents and event briefing materials Help source venues, partners, and speakers where applicable General Founder Support Manage the founder’s calendar, scheduling, and inbox prioritization Draft emails, decks, and internal documents as needed Conduct light research and summarize findings to support decision‑making Track project timelines and keep the team accountable to deliverables Anticipate needs and proactively flag blockers or opportunities before they become problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
