Position Overview

We are seeking a UX Researcher to help shape digital experiences by uncovering user needs, behaviors, and pain points. This individual will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights that inform product and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand user goals, motivations, and challenges.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create user journeys, flows, and experience maps to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research insights into product decisions.
• Analyze quantitative research data and identify trends and patterns.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain a research repository to document and track insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research, usability testing, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with user research and testing platforms such as Maze, UseBerry, UserInterviews, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to conduct customer interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience creating user journeys and user flows.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and digital product development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
