About the Role:
Sedigheh Roya Sadrian DDS, Inc. is looking for a motivated and personable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing practice in San Diego, CA! This dual-role opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment and loves making patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, manage appointment scheduling, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and confirm upcoming appointments
• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, including restorations, extractions, and cleanings
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatories between patients
• Take and process dental X-rays (digital radiography) as directed
• Manage patient records, treatment plans, and insurance verification
• Process billing, co-pays, and coordinate with dental insurance providers

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a dental assistant, dental receptionist, or in a combined role preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Dental Assistant certification or RDA license a plus
• X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Bilingual skills a plus (Farsi/Persian or Spanish)
