A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.As a Vice President in the Global Markets Financial Planning & Analysis team, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as well as any additional ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong collaboration with business and other corporate partners with a focus on providing accurate and timely forecast and budget in support of strategic decisions and initiatives. Responsibilities:Develop and enhance regular MI for the Global Markets Americas businesses across all entitiesPartner with business heads and corporate function heads in developing and evaluating business cases and scenario analysis as part of the forecasting and budgeting processSupport the Americas Global Markets CFO and partner directly with business heads to provide analytical insights that drive strategic and organizational initiativesDevelop high-level process automation and data transformation operations using data analytics toolsDesign and rebuild workflows using predictive analytics to proactively identify data gaps/errorsSupport executive reporting, including materials for board meetings and governance forumsProvide thought leadership, mentoring junior team members, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovationQualifications: Experience driving process improvements and organizational change initiatives; in particular, strengthening the use of digital fintech tools (e.g., Alteryx) to automate manual processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to influence and build relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional partnersProactive mentality with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeExperience leading, managing, and developing junior staffAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Oracle Smart View and Hyperion Planning is a plusStrong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals and principlesFamiliarity with Global Markets products preferred (not required)7-12 years of Finance experience with demonstrated leadership capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, thrive under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality resultsHighly-proficient with data management tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikEducation:Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or AccountingThe typical base pay range for this role is between $126K - $163K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
