The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) serves as the primary authority for human capital management at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). OCHCO leads department-wide human capital strategy and operations to support a mission-ready workforce through the delivery of integrated services across the full employee lifecycle. This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) Front Office. The Front Office provides executive oversight, strategic direction, accountability, policy, enterprise transformation initiatives, and risk management for the Department's human capital programs and operations. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from a wide variety of sources using common tools such as Excel, PowerBI, ServiceNOW, Tableau, Workday, among others, to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
• Develop, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites to support executive operations, collaboration, records management, and information sharing.
• Prepare executive briefing books, presentations, meeting agendas, and background materials for internal and external engagements.
• Lead or participate in special projects of significant scope and visibility, often involving cross-organizational coordination.
