Retail Associate

Create a welcoming, hospitable environment for every guest while delivering a premium retail experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date product knowledge to gift shop customers
• Take customer orders and process transactions
• Operate the retail POS system
• Handle cash accurately
• Resolve minor customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Deliver premium hospitality and customer service
• Restock shelves and rotate merchandise
• Perform light daily cleaning
• Operate bottle engraving equipment when assigned
• Answer gift shop phone calls and accurately relay messages
• Assist with floor resets as needed
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Monitor supply levels and report needs to leadership
• Communicate inventory questions or needs to the inventory specialist
• Maintain presentation and organization of the gift shop throughout the day
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality or customer service
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old
• Schedule: Availability to work 2–3 weekends per month, holidays, and evenings (when open)
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, ability to move, bend, and reach as required
