Senior Admin Assistant (Temporary)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and polished Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support within a fast-paced, professional environment in Greenville, SC.

This temporary opportunity offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, coordinate high-impact initiatives, and play a key role in daily operations while a permanent hire is identified. There will be an opportunity to apply for the permanent position as well within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics for leadership and staff
• Serve as a primary point of contact by screening calls and responding to inquiries
• Assist with contract administration, including tracking documentation, routing approvals, and maintaining compliance records
• Support budget tracking, expense reporting, invoice processing, and purchase order follow-up
• Coordinate meetings and events, including catering, venue setup, and registration management
• Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and organizational initiatives
• Provide support for special projects and time-sensitive assignments as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of administrative or office management experience in a professional environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting senior-level leadership or executives preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Associate degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred

Compensation: Temporary (2 months approx.) $25-35/hour based on experience

Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
