Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring that each client feels safe and supported. \n
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, availability for upcoming appointments, and suitability for discharge when appropriate. \n
- Design, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring ongoing adjustment based on their evolving circumstances. \n
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client using the clinic’s record management system. \n
- Perform thorough intake assessments to establish initial treatment goals and strategies tailored to new clients. \n
- Conduct individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing evidence-based approaches to enhance the therapeutic experience. \n
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice, peer collaboration, and professional growth. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care, ensuring holistic treatment for each individual. \n
- Approach all tasks with a growth mindset, striving for continuous improvement in personal and professional capacities. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification. \n
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in clinical outpatient settings, with at least one year of direct experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families. \n
- Strong proficiency with technology and comfort using various software systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY. \n

- Demonstrated experience performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to meet diverse client needs. \n
- Ability to engage with clients empathetically and professionally, fostering collaboration and trust. \n
- Experience using evidence-based treatment modalities that align with the needs of clients across different demographics. \n
The compensation range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
