Lead Cook - Coastal Credit Union Music Park

Roles Oversee a staff of kitchen employees to maximize productivity and efficiency of kitchens. Must be available for event days. Responsibilities Overseeing the food prep and service in the concession stand Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment Overseeing a staff of kitchen employees to maximize productivity and efficiency of kitchens Maintaining consistency in attitude and behavior Working to make a specific impression on our clients Approaching all tasks with a “can-do” attitude Presenting a cheerful, positive manner Showing initiative and taking action with an appropriate level of independence Inventory product and prepare it according to management and health guidelines Being responsible for cleaning the equipment and cooking area Performing duties as needed to accomplish delivery of concessions menu Requiring some cooking experience and willingness to learn Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance Practicing safe work habits, following all safety policies and procedures and regulations, completing company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training Encouraging the team to follow safety policies and procedures, including looking for and reporting unsafe work conditions Reporting all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk‑management system (Origami Risk) on the same day the incident is reported to you Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to walk, reach, stand, bend for long periods of time Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) Ability to work under pressure Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills Team player Must be at least 18 years old Previous cooking experience required High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred Must have 2 to 3 years working in a fast‑paced high-end club or restaurant Equal Opportunity Statement Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
