✅ Set up and change molds on injection molding machines

✅ Adjust machine settings and process parameters for optimal performance

✅ Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

✅ Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

✅ Monitor production to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards

✅ Document machine settings and maintenance activities

✔ Injection molding and plastics manufacturing experience

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

✔ Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

✔ Ability to adjust molds and optimize processes

Manufacturing facility with injection molding equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment and wearing required PPE, including steel-toe shoes and safety eyewear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bardstown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
