Meritus Medical Center | Hagerstown, MD $650,000 Salary + $250,000 Bonus Position Highlights Up to $250K performance bonus (experience-based) State-of-the-art robotics and facilities Collaborative team of 4 Urologists + 2 NPs Growing academic environment with teaching opportunities Monday–Friday schedule with surgical block time Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement Clinical Practice This role provides comprehensive urological care in a modern, high-volume setting: Surgical & Procedural Services Access to 2 Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive procedures 16 cutting-edge operating rooms Advanced ambulatory surgery center Full spectrum of urologic surgery including robotic, laparoscopic, and open cases Outpatient & Clinic Services Dedicated urology clinic with a strong referral base Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Telehealth and office-based procedures Support from experienced NPs and clinical staff Patient Population Treat adult patients with a full spectrum of urological conditions, including: Kidney stones and stone disease Bladder cancer and dysfunction Kidney cancer and renal masses Male infertility and sexual health Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery needs Care commonly involves robotic surgery, endoscopic procedures, cancer care, and management of acute urologic conditions.
