$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with fellow care specialists to create a warm and supportive community environment.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living space for residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster trust and transparency in care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Proven track record of monitoring and documenting residents' health status, with prompt reporting of changes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with fellow care specialists in a team environment.
