Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications Perform precision machining using manual/CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipment Work with hardened steels, carbide, and other tool steels Collaborate with engineering, quality, and press teams to optimize die and tooling performance Maintain tight tolerances and ensure tooling meets quality standards Work as a team or individual in a clean manufacturing environment.
