Registered Nurse (RN) - Dynamic Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, developing care plans, and conducting routine assessments

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to healthcare team members and medical professionals

• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
