Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with 2-7+ years of energy-related experience for their engineering, procurement, and construction transactions practice in Portland, OR. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally. Duties Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, procurement, and other construction-related contracts. Engage in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys. Requirements 2 to 7+ years of experience in construction law. Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials. Strong communication skills. Membership in the state bar of the office location. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership. Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts. Ability to work on international projects.
