Requirements:

(1099 Contractor Position)

• Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites

• Working mobile phone for communication and job coordination

• Experience with Housekeeping- REQUIRED

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)

• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies upstairs

• Flexible schedule Monday-Sunday

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dust surfaces, blinds, vents, and baseboards
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• Clean mirrors, glass, and interior windows
• Wipe doors, switches, and high-touch areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Remove cobwebs and dust buildup
• Follow company checklists and cleaning standards
• Complete final walkthrough to ensure quality
• Report any damages or issues

Office and Commercial businesses

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Clean breakrooms and common areas
• Wipe desks, surfaces, and touchpoints
