The position offers a competitive pay range starting from $37/hr, based on your technical expertise and performance in the interview. Additionally, you will enjoy a shift differential of $1.50 for night or weekend shifts, along with an attractive bonus program. Their bonus program includes incentives for personal safety, attendance, and production, with an annual profit-sharing bonus averaging between $2,000 to $5,000 per employee.

This is a rotating shift role. You will change shifts every two weeks. These are 10-hour shifts working Monday-Thursday. The shifts are 0600-1630, 1400-0030, and 2000-0630. You will rotate between those three shifts.

They understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs. You can choose between Monday-Thursday 10-hour shifts or Friday-Sunday 12-hour shifts. The weekend shift is particularly beneficial for those seeking to further their education while maintaining a fulfilling career, as you will work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours!
