Sr. DevOps Engineer

Are you ready to lead, build, and make an impact? We are seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager to guide a small but growing team through an exciting stage of growth.


In this role, you'll manage and mentor a small DevOps Engineering team while staying hands-on with the technology. You'll help shape infrastructure strategy, lead automation and self-healing initiatives, and ensure systems are built for scale. From containerization with Docker and Kubernetes to AWS cloud services, IAM, EKS, CI/CD with GitLab , and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Argo CD , you'll have the chance to work with a modern stack while building a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you need both leadership experience and technical expertise, with a proven track record of guiding teams, driving automation, and creating secure, reliable infrastructure. Strong communication, ownership, and adaptability are key to thriving in this fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule (currently three days remote, shifting to two as collaboration needs increase) and the chance to grow alongside a company preparing for a major commercial launch.
