Executive Director of Hospice - Description Our client is a well-established Healthcare organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Hospice in Kirkland, WA. This position is in charge of clinical support, compliance, education, and PI for the region. Hospice management experience as an RN is required. Relocation candidates will be considered. Executive Director of Hospice - Job Requirements Hospice senior leadership experience over financials. Must be an expert in federal and state hospice regulations. A Licensed RN in the state of WA with at least a master’s degree is required. Executive Director of Hospice - Job Responsibilities Oversee clinical, operations, and financial teams. Offer clinical support and oversee daily operation. Ensure offices are aware of changes in state & federal regulations. Lead educational, compliance, PI initiatives and help with surveys.
