House Sitter Wanted - House Caretaker Part Time Needed In Black Mountain, Nc - Hourly Pay

My husband and I live in Black Mountain, North Carolina, and are seeking a responsible and reliable house vistor (not full time house sitter) while we are away for January and February 2027. We want someone who will come by 2-3 times a week for hourly pay. We prefer someone who lives in Swannanoa or Black Mountain. Your main responsibilities will include mail collection, house plant care, and starting cars. Since it will be winter we would want you to make sure faucets are dripping during hard freezes and heat is monitored.
