Rental Sales Management Trainee

Job Summary This position is designed to be completed in 12‑18 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. The program is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your relationship building. Essential Functions Handle sales and processing for inbound and outbound calls. Maintain accurate data within the company’s marketing database. Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads. Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventative maintenance and cleanliness standards. Achieve overall market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain compliance with company, local, state, and federal regulations. Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base. Additional Responsibilities Assist as an On‑Call Representative on a voluntary or scheduled basis, as determined by the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to relocate in the region or U.S. upon completion of the training program. Intermediate computer literacy required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required. One (1) year or more customer service experience with issue resolution preferred. Intermediate computer literacy required. Compensation Information Pay Type: Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $50,000. Maximum Pay Range: $55,000. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on the level or type.
