Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Description Responsibilities and Duties Completes comprehensive assessments for new clients Writes an effective behavior support plan Develops client specific therapeutic goals and objectives Track, interpret, maintain, and analyze data to determine next steps in the client’s treatment plan Maintain accurate notes and assist with generating documents for the billing department Trains, manages, supervises, and evaluates Behavior Technicians to meet client objectives and staff competencies Complete progress reports monthly and/or annually to track program performance. Complete client progress updates and submit to insurance by due dates Qualifications and Skills National Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst TN State Licensed Behavior Analyst Ability to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systems Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing each in order to meet deadlines.
