Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of tasks to support our patients' rehabilitation needs:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, determining their mobility and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapies, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment approaches, pain management techniques, and the correct usage of assistive devices if required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, professional society meetings, and keeping up-to-date with relevant literature.

Qualifications
