Accounting clerk

Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of a accounting clerk/ assistant. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary customer service skills.
salary: $15 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Accounting clerk needed for a industrial parts supply store that will maintain accurate financial records, process vendor invoices, manages customer billing, and reconciles bank statements. This role blends accounts receivable, invoicing and general administrative support to ensure the business's daily financial operations run smoothly. Skills
- Invoices (2 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
- accounting (1 year of experience is required)
- Epicor (1 year of experience is preferred)
- SAP (1 year of experience is preferred)
- QuickBooks (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Years of experience: 2 years
- Experience level: Entry Level
