About the Position Rehab Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicate and collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and other members of the healthcare team Work alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team to provide an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing excellent patient care Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team New graduates are encouraged to apply Exceptional Benefits Package Our full-time Physical Therapists receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their health, financial well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
