Drywall Project Manager

We are actively hiring an experienced Drywall Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial interiors projects across the Orlando region. This is a specialist role — you must have proven experience delivering commercial drywall, metal framing, and interior systems at scale . If you have not run drywall packages end-to-end on major commercial projects, this is not the right fit. Responsibilities You will take full responsibility for delivering major commercial drywall scopes, including: End-to-end management of commercial drywall projects Full ownership of budget, cost control, and forecasting Scheduling, sequencing, and manpower planning across multiple jobs Coordination with GC’s, supers, field teams, and subcontractors Driving production, quality, and safety standards on active sites Rapid problem-solving to keep fast-moving projects on track Location: Orlando, Florida (with regional travel across Central Florida projects). Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial drywall / interiors Strong track record delivering large commercial construction projects Deep understanding of drywall systems, framing, and interior packages Ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously Strong commercial awareness (cost control, labor planning, margin protection) Confident leading both field and office coordination without supervision Residential-only or non-drywall backgrounds will not be considered Competitive base salary (DOE) Strong performance-based bonus structure tied to delivery and profitability Long-term pipeline of secured commercial drywall work Stability within a well-established specialty contractor Clear opportunity for progression into senior leadership roles This is a delivery-focused commercial drywall PM role , not an admin or coordination position.
