Deliver direct treatment, education, and health condition management, advising providers on additional services and community referrals. Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans based on assessments to improve outcomes. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as needed. What You'll Need: Active Maine RN license (or the ability to obtain one promptly). At least 1 year of acute care, med/surg, or equivalent nursing experience (home care, ED, ICU, or CCU experience preferred). Valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record.
