This role is responsible for day-to-day project execution, long-term planning, and coordination across functional teams to ensure technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables are successfully implemented in accordance with contract requirements.The Project Manager serves as a key integrator between program managers, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities, including electronic data processing, Information systems, Systems analysis, Computer programming supportPerform day-to-day project management while contributing to long-term and strategic planning to ensure future end-user requirements are metExecute horizontal integration planning and interface with multiple functional areas to ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedulesManage contract personnel, ensuring high-quality task execution and deliverable completion in compliance with the SOWProvide frequent periodic reports on contractor staffing, project status, and performanceServe as the primary point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex communication network installation projectsMaintain accountability for meeting contractual performance criteria, milestones, and due datesCoordinate activities supporting program managers and technical teams responsible for Service provisioning, Design and installation, Maintenance and billingTrack and monitor service orders through completion and system turn-up; prepare required deliverablesDevelop project estimates for effort, cost, and schedule for complex initiativesCreate and maintain Project Management Plans (PjMPs) for IT infrastructure projectsMonitor project execution, schedule adherence, and cost performance against approved plansIdentify risks, escalate issues, and drive removal of blockers to ensure project successRequirementsSkills and ExperienceActive Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance8+ years of progressive experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, or systems integration projects within the DoD or Intelligence CommunityAt least 5 years leading cross-functional technical teams and managing project cost, schedule, and performanceProven experience managing IT or infrastructure projects in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environmentStrong knowledge of:Project and program management principlesIT infrastructure and enterprise systemsContract performance management and Statement of Work (SOW) complianceExperience coordinating cross-functional technical teamsExperience managing personnel, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables simultaneouslyExperience estimating cost, schedule, and level of effort (LOE) for complex IT or infrastructure projectsStrong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation experienceExperience supporting Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) or other Intelligence Community missionsFamiliarity with IT service delivery and enterprise infrastructure projectsExperience working in matrixed organizationsEducation and CertificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related disciplineEquivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreePreferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management training or certificationBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental LeaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
