Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) – Evening Shift Facility: Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full Time | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Salary: $109,000 per year Lead with Compassion. Make an Impact Every Day. Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a skilled nursing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and developing nursing staff. Key Responsibilities Assist nursing leadership with daily clinical operations and ensure quality resident care Supervise nursing staff and promote compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support effective shift operations Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident care and staff performance Monitor medication administration and treatment procedures for accuracy and compliance Participate in regulatory surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Support care planning, resident assessments, and discharge coordination Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace environment Assist with onboarding and orientation of new residents and families Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Provide direct nursing care and clinical support as needed Assist with staff evaluations and performance improvement efforts Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York Minimum 3 years of nursing home experience required Strong leadership and supervisory abilities Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive and collaborative work environment Company perks and employee discounts Join Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and become part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our residents every day.
