Position Overview 4-H Camp at Rutgers Gardens is the New Jersey State 4-H Camp day‑camp program serving youth age 6–14 throughout July. Counselors support and guide campers through each day’s activities. Job Summary Rutgers University seeks a Day Camp Counselor for a five‑week contract (one week of training followed by four weeks of instruction). Key Responsibilities Lead and provide instruction to youth in program activities Salary & Benefits Hourly rate $15.92–$20.00.
