Virtua Medical Group As part of Virtua Medical Group (VMG), you will join a clinician-led, professionally managed, multi-specialty organization comprised of more than 1,800 physicians and clinicians. VMG provides physicians with strong leadership, established referral networks, and robust administrative support, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Compensation In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $270,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
