Step into a rewarding opportunity working with early childhood students as a Physical Therapist in a well-supported school environment near Saint Louis, MO. This contract position specializes in working with PreK-aged children across two schools within the local public school districts. You’ll play an essential part in their development, collaborating closely with educators and families to deliver effective PT services on-site.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active PT license in the state of Missouri (MO)
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with early childhood/preK populations
• Commitment to a consistent three-day-per-week schedule (with possible expansion after January)
• Ability to obtain time-sensitive credentialing: district-required fingerprinting and submission of TCN number, as well as completion of a technology form
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to PreK students within two assigned schools
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in cooperation with teachers and support staff
• Accurately document therapy sessions and progress in compliance with district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning
• Engage with families and staff to maximize each student’s physical development and educational participation
