Job Description

Dave's Bar And Grill in Spokane, WA is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. We are located on 12124 E Sprague Ave and we are a busy establishment that is open 7 days a week 7AM - 10PM. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. We also look for someone that is a team player and customer focused. We have a set system and are looking for someone that can fit into our process.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Pull-Tab Experience
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
MAST, Health Card
